Roy August and Bobby Pizazz discuss their Big Band Project!
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Hi Folks We need your support now more than ever. We are shooting for the financial goal of $25,000.Your pledges will be used to pay for recording new material, over dub recording, mixing, mastering, and associated expenses. Keep in mind, this budget covers making the album only. Every dollar we raise over $25,000 will be used for such things as paying musicians, studio time at Treasure Isle Studio, any additional funds raised will be applied to promotion of the album and also enable us to take the band on the road and play some shows, yes!!!! we would love to play shows!
We want the BIG BAND PROJECT to Paint a pallet of colorful music that will help unite the Global Masses in a Oneness of Equality through Music… We can Do it with a Modern New Big Band Sound. Bobby Pizazz & The 35th Century Orchestra will bring New Innovations matching Color and Tone for the first time in History. We are all made of the same star stuff, We all breathe the same air, we all see the same colors from the sun, we all the same basic human needs… bringing people together, we’re all part of the human race.
If you grew up listening to the music in cartoons, one of the reasons the images stuck in our minds so well…Is because the producers of the audio used a pallet of colors in the music, when they wrote the songs for BIG BAND Arrangements & Orchestra Arrangements…I’m thinking of all the greats, people like Spike Jones especially, and Tommy Dorsey, Glen Miller’s horn arrangements were in a class of their own, Woody Herman, Sir Duke Ellington, Count Base’ to name a few.
Big band has the ability to lift the spirits of humanity worldwide during and after World I and World War II… Then in Rock & Roll bands like Earth Wind and Fire, Blood Sweat & Tears, Tower Of Power, All these groups tried to bring the feel of Big Band…
Listen and Watch RhythmTrain a 7 minute Mini-Vacation for your brain!

Roy and I set out in December of 2010 at the Sure Fire Christmas Party to write songs this year…so far this year to date we have wrote over 250 Big Band songs…all written using the colors of the Rainbow. It is with great enthusiasm and humble heart that that I get to work with greats like Roy August who took me under his wing as a writing partner…The Lyrics to some of the songs can be found on my Facebook under notes…http://www.facebook.com/bobby.pizazz
Joining the team as Co-Executive Producer T Jae Christian…After moving to Nashville, TN. T. Jae put his performing aside for awhile to persue writing and record production. Before long his songs were being recorded by such artist as Roy Orbison, Charlie Pride, Nat Stuckey, Jeannie Pruitt,(blue grass great) Jimmy Martin, etc. Due to his 23 year close association and the guidance of the legendary Owen Bradley, T. Jae has also become an outstanding producer…http://www.myspace.com/tjaechristian55
